The current policy on Sex Cinema, Sex Shops, and Sexual Entertainment Venues is due for review.

Whilst there are currently no licensable sex establishments (cinemas, shops, or entertainment venues) within the Ashford borough, we would like to consult with potentially interested parties on this review to consider what updates may be necessary or appropriate to reflect good practice within this particular area of licensing. 

We welcome open feedback on the current policy, and where relevant evidence to support any particular views, such as good practice guidance.
