Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16
The Regulation 16 consultation has now closed.
The Neighbourhood Plan has been formally adopted in October 2021.
Following the positive referendum result, Ashford Borough Council has published its decision to ‘make’ the Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Neighbourhood Plan as part of Ashford Borough Council’s Development Plan in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
Independent Examination and Referendum of the Neighbourhood Plan
Ashford Borough Council appointed Mr. Derek Stebbing B.A. (Hons), Dip. E.P., MRTPI as the Independent Examiner of the Boughton Aluph And Eastwell Neighbourhood Plan 2013-2030 in December 2020. The Independent Examination concluded in April 2021 and a Referendum was held in July 2021.
