Egerton Parish Council have submitted the Egerton Neighbourhood Plan, 2021-2040 to Ashford Borough Council.  As the Local Planning Authority, ABC is now required to consult on the Neighbourhood Plan, under Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

The Egerton Parish Neighbourhood Plan has been developed in consultation with the local community and provides a vision for the future of the Parish.  It sets out a vision, site specific policies and topic policies, which will be used to help determine planning applications within the Parish.

How to make representations

We encourage comments to be made using the Consultation portal.  You can view the PDF of the Neighbourhood Plan and fill out the online representation form.

Supporting documents, including the Basic Conditions statement, the Consultation Statement and site assessments, are available in the document section below.

Alternatively, you can respond by printing out the representation form and emailing it to planning.policy@ashford.gov.uk, or by posting it to Planning Policy, Ashford Borough Council, Civil Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL.

Comments must be received by 5pm on 6 August 2021.
