Omission Site - NW1 A sustainable and deliverable alternative is promoted by Mr James Ransley at omission site NW1, Lees Farm. For clarification, the site was considered by the SHELAA and in the SA, and was referred to in My James Ransley's original representations to the Local Plan 2016 document, yet the site is not listed in Appendix A of ABC's response to Regulation 19 consultation. It is assumed this was an error but, in any event, the site is being promoted as an omission site through this

Dear Sir I have just recently heard of a further building proposal being considered outside the [development] completed recently, of 180 houses on the outskirts of Charing. 1. This I consider is beyond the boundary line of Charing and would destroy the approach which we now experience as we now come over the hill nearing first the church tower and then the lovely rural aspect which greets us now on entering Charing which would be a great pity. 2. This particular area being considered is full

This proposal is totally unsound due to lack of facilities ie schooling, Drs etc. Also the A20 is a busy main road, especially if there is an accident on the M20, or if Operation Stack is implemented. This road then becomes gridlocked, adding more houses into the mix will only worsen the situation. Furthermore the bus service is diabolical so adding extra houses will increase traffic joining the busy A20. I do not feel that the infrastructure of the area can support this proposal.

- Residents in Brabourne and Smeeth welcome development that is in keeping with the rural setting and of a scope commensurate with measured expansion. With policy MC42 strong objections remain. - Reasons: - based on the road accesses being very narrow and again due to the fact that these sites do not deliver local homes. Of the Local needs housing survey 2011 for the area, almost no local needs homes have been delivered from the 40 or so identified, and yet market homes continue to be dev

We understand the Local Plan is currently out for consultation. The Tenterden Town Football Club play their football in Tenterden. Currently there is extremely poor provision for playing fields in the Town. This has been demonstrated within the recently adopted Playing Pitch Strategy that Ashford has developed over recent months in conjunction with Sport England. There is an opportunity to improve the Homewood School playing fields located on Appledore Road. Currently there is one 11-a-side fo

Site DN29 Rear of 1-5 The Oast House Lower Lees Road Representation Rep no ALP/1871 I wish to object very strongly to this site being included in the local plan. The development proposed would look disproportionate in such a small and elevated plot. Any such development on an elevated site as this would be unattractive at best and would significantly spoit the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The existing access to the proposed site would not be adequate or appropriate for the prop
