Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16

Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Parish Council have submitted the Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Neighbourhood Plan, 2013-2030 to Ashford Borough Council.  As the Local Planning Authority, ABC is now required to consult on the Neighbourhood Plan, under Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

The Boughton Aluph and Eastwell Parish Neighbourhood Plan has been developed in consultation with the local community and provides a vision for the future of the Parish.  It sets out a vision, site specific policies and topic policies, which will be used to help determine planning applications within the Parishes.

How to make representations

We encourage comments to be made using the Consultation portal.  You can view the PDF of the Neighbourhood Plan and fill out the online representation form

Supporting documents, including a summary of policy changes from the Regulation 14 consultation, Basic Conditions statement and Consultation Statement, are available in the document section below.  The evidence base which informed the policies is available on the Parish Neighbourhood Plan Evidence Base webpage.

Alternatively, you can respond by printing out the representation form and emailing it to, or by posting it to Planning Policy, Ashford Borough Council, Civil Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PL.

Comments must be received by 5pm on 6 November 2020.
