Please set out your representation here, relating to "soundness". If applicable, what changes do you propose to make the document "sound"?

To help the independent Planning Inspector manage the examination, we ask that representations are concise and, where they are necessarily detailed, that you provide a concise summary setting out your main points.

I look at this development in conjunction with Chilmington Green site and MC11.  Too much development will totally change the whole character of this area which was beautiful farmland.  This is a natural buffer between Shadoxhurst, Great Chart, Mersham and Hamstreet.  To continue to building will join Ashford with the villages and lose the nature ambience of a village setting.  The infastructure will not be able to sustain the amount of vehicles proposed when looking at this developments with others in the area.  This also relates to infastructure to actually get into the town centre.  The roads are already heavy at peak times. The broadband is poor in these area's.  The Doctors surgery at Kingsnorth cannot sustain more patients, nor can the WHH.  This area has lots of horse riders, cyclists and dog walkers, more traffic on the roads creates danger for these activities, especially horse riders. Developments must not be looked at in isolation, they must be looked at together.

Do you consider it necessary to participate at the oral part of the examination? No
