To be "Sound" a Plan should be Positively Prepared, Justified, Effective and Consistent with National Policy

Comment

The change is increasing the density of housing and this is not acceptable in rural communities, despite national policies and surveys on predictions for housing requirements.  These kinds of surveys are often inaccurate.
