The County Council will require proportionate financial contributions towards the construction costs of any new education provision required to mitigate the impact of the proposed development. Additional contributions for the provision of County Council Services (e.g. Adult Social Care, Youth Services and Libraries) will also be required.

That assessment reveals that: (i) the development site is in close proximity to Ashford Wastewater Treatment Works (WTWs) and (ii) there is existing sewerage

The requirement that the development of the Henwood site be restricted to terraced and semi-detached properties in order to be in keeping with the existing residential areas is not considered to be justified, given the developments to the south-west, south and south-east contain a mix of terraced, semi-detached and terraced properties. Paragraph 4.109 Paragraph 4.109 of the emerging Local Plan is not considered to be Justified at present, in that it states that the development of the Kennard W

I write regarding the above consultation on the Publication Version of the Ashford Local Plan 2030 with specific reference to the draft allocation, under Policy S9, of land at Kennard Way in Henwood for up to 25 dwellings. The allocation for residential development within the emerging plan of the land at Kennard Way, Henwood is supported. This letter relates to two Representation forms which deal separately with Policy S9 and Paragraph 4.109 of the emerging plan; Policy S9 is considered to be s
