POLICY S21 – ORBITAL PARK Policy S21 allocates the Orbital Park site for B1, B2 and B8 uses. Orbital Park is an existing employment site with some undeveloped plots. Paragraph 4.245 states that "As a result of previous planning permissions, developing the majority of the remaining undeveloped plots at Orbital Park is not constrained by the need to deliver any off-site highway improvements, either at junction 10 of the M20 or at the A2070 junction that provides the main access into the site." NO mention of both the customer and lorry traffic that is currently and will be generated by the development of this site. The Barrey Road question is not addressed
