The Urban Sites and Infrastructure Development Plan Document (DPD) is one of the key documents of the Ashford Local Development Framework (LDF) and covers the period up to 2016. Its principal role is to allocate land for development in the urban area and to provide topic policies relevant to urban planning issues.

The document, background documents and representation forms are also available to view in hard copy at a number of deposit points across the Borough. If you wish to make representations in writing you can obtain representation forms and guidance notes by calling 01233 330229.

Background Documents
In conjunction with the preparation of the DPD, a Sustainability Appraisal has been produced which includes appraisals of sites and of the topic policies. This document, along with the other background documents to this DPD can be viewed on our website.
