Paragraph 4.17 I oppose the allocation of Land North of Willesborough Road Kennington, known as S2 because it will remove the views of the existing residential properties along the edge of the site. The NPPF places emphasis on the Special Landscape Areas, AONB and in particular the Wye Crown.

Paragraph 4.14 in addition In Addition: I oppose the allocation of Land North of Willesborough Road Kennington, known as S2 because ashford Borough Council has chosen to ignore the economic and other benefits offered by this predominantly Grade 1 land in clear contradiction with the advice given in Section 11 of the National Planning Policy Framework.

Paragraph 4.12 I oppose the allocation of land north of Willesborough rd Kennington, known as S, because planning inspectorate has twice upheld the rejection of this site with ABC, consequently stating it was unsuitable for development, the importance of the views against the backdrop of the special landscape area, area of Outstanding national beauty, and Wye Crown being primary consideration. Since these decisions no material change has taken placebo remove the importance of this precious and

Paragraph 4.31 I reject the claim that KCC requires additional school capacity and that building a 2 form entry school will satisfy this. building a school will address the needs of the new residents and will not address schools capacity issue.

Paragraph 4.22 in addition In Addition: the transport modelling cannot have failed to indicate that the one vehicle bridge across the M20 enabling access from this site to the Ashford International Railway Station is clearly insufficient to cope with the additional vehicles this site will engender. It is disingenuous to leave major infrastructure out of the LDP as the cost of such a bridge will be insufficient.
