Overall we are pleased to note that matters of interest to us have been addressed and as such we consider the sound. We do however, have a few comments to make and suggested amendments for clarification purposes. The need for long term maintenance of sustainable drainage features, however, doesn't appear to be given enough weight (item j). Long term maintenance is essential.
