The development S32 Parker Farm... Can you please review and confirm if access is to be along Warehorne Road where the passing points will be? This is a single track road which meets residents boundaries/gardens on one side and flood prevention drainage tanks on the other therefore there is no place for passing points? KCC have confirmed when I spoke with them that 40m passing points are required... This will not be possible unless the drainage tanks are removed and alternative suitable drainage |

I strongly object to the plans to build 10 houses on the Parker farm site at Hamstreet. Access will be via a narrow private road which passes my house. The proposal suggests passing places will be created but this is not possible as their are flood tanks contained in the banking to protect the Orlestone view housing estate from flooding. I would be very unhappy if residents pulled into my drive in order to pass oncoming traffic.
Children regularly use the green space and private road to play. A |

The proposed development is at the end of a single track road behind a development that already has traffic issues. The planning of Orlestone View was not considered properly at the time and access around Orlestone View is a issue already and adding further houses in such a small space just does not seem to make sense. An open space was created when Orlestone View was built and now it is proposed that part of that open space be removed to allow vehicle access along the private road. This area is |
