Policy S36 allocates up to 25 dwellings on the site known as 'Shadoxhurst – Rear of Kings Head PH'. In line with paragraph 162 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the National Planning Practice Guidance (NPPG), we have undertaken an assessment of our infrastructure, including its ability to meet the forecast demand for the proposed development. That assessment reveals that: (i) additional local sewerage infrastructure would be required to accommodate the proposed development

We contend that the proposal for Site S36 is UNSOUND. We have attached a 9 page assessment of our reasons which we ask to be considered. We are unsure if this is legally compliant as we do not have any legal experience. It seems an unfair question. We are submitting this via email so we can include our full 9 page responses.

Site S36, Shadoxhurst - Field rear of King's Head PH, paragraphs 4.352 – 4.359 and Policy S36, on pages 145 - 146 We contend that the Site S36 is UNSOUND for many reasons and there is a large document attached with this form to give a critique of the original assessment of WS21 for inclusion to the Local Plan, which we consider flawed and therefore should not have been included, plus critiques of the paragraphs on pages 145 – 146 of the Local Plan and arguments why the proposal is contrary to A

The attached document outlines our concerns in Part 1, Section 4 that our Parishioners have found it extremely difficult to comment on the Plan. Thus we consider that question 4 is flawed as we do not have professional legal or planning knowledge. Part l also looks at the policies which we consider are UNSOUND. Part two of the attached document places objections to two sites in Kingsnorth Parish, S3 Court Lodge (page 50) and S4 Land north of Steeds Lane and Magpie Hall Road (page 55) which we c

From the extracts from evidence base the relevant to my site (WS17) and to the King's Head site (WS21), it is apparent that the Council's Planners have a clear resolve to include the King's Head site and an inexplicable prejudice against the Field to the North of Woodchurch Road site, especially when the relevant Appendix 3d Data Surveys are compared. The selection of WS21 in preference to WS17 is unjustified by the evidence. Having compared the two site assessments in Appendices 5, 3d and B (S

it is my believe and judgement that this site should be removed from the Local Plan for the following reasons:- 1. the field has been used as a village asset for decades, as a place to hold village events, 2. it is crossed by two public footpaths and is used by dog walkers and by local children as a play area 3.it is a very important green space at the heart of our village, contributing to the rural setting and ambience 4. it is adjacent to an historic Grade 2 listed building, The King's head 5.
