There is no explanation of what exactly this might be, what form it will take or even why it is considered necessary. In regards to site S39, the same issues rear their head as this is a section of the village that again opens up and gives space within a build up area of the village. To look at developing this area of the village seems again to take away the whole ambience. If the view is to build and infill every part of all villages, then they will lose their identity and just become small built up areas on the drive to Ashford.
