The plan acknowledges that this site is within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It would therefore be appropriate that any proposal is accompanied by a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) to properly assess any impacts to the special qualities of the AONB.
