Pickhill Business Village, Tenterden The plan acknowledges that this site is within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It would therefore be appropriate that any proposal is accompanied by a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) to properly assess any impacts to the special qualities of the AONB. We would suggest that this is included within Policy S25.
