Policy S29 allocates upto 35 dwellings on the site known as 'Charing – Land South of the Arthur Baker Playing Field'. In line with paragraph 162 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the National Planning Practice Guidance (NPPG), we have undertaken an assessment of our infrastructure, including its ability to meet the forecast demand for the proposed development. That assessment reveals that the development site is in close proximity to Charing Wastewater Treatment Works (WTWs).
