The policy specifically refers to National Cycle Route 18, but does not refer to the ambition put forward during planning of Conningbrook Lakes to improve routing of the cycle route through Little Burton and re-route through Conningbrook Lakes to take advantage of the new park. 

What changes do you suggest to make the document legally compliant or sound? The plan should state this ambition, ensuring that routes through the park are protected (especially bearing in mind proposals for Conningbrook Phase 2 residential development) and seek developer contributions towards the costs of work.
