| Comment | 4.204 and 4.205 and 4.207 Survey by all means, but recognise that arriving up to 30 minutes before an appointment in case you have to wait for a car to leave the car park is not a sensible way to run a car park. If you are ill or have broken limbs, cycling and walking to the hospital is not really an option. |
