Comment | Conservation Areas need to be reviewed to ensure that, for each property in a CA, any garden which is habitually considered as part of the that property is included within the CA, regardless of whether separately registered parcels of land are included. This avoids the circumstance of a house being considered within the CA but its garden being exempt. |
