Do you consider this part of the document is Sound? No
On which grounds do you consider the document unsound? (if applicable)
  • Not Justified
  • Not Consistent with national policy
Do you consider the Document is Legally Compliant? Yes

CPRE supports this allocation.  It should, however, be delivered with a suitable phasing so that it can:

a)      respond appropriately to service provision in adjoining existing and proposed sites.

b)      be available slowly to meet the needs of the community.

A masterplan should be prepared for this site, using an Enquiry by Design process to ensure the existing community is actively involved in the planning and design.

What changes do you suggest to make the document legally compliant or sound? See Comment. This policy should be amended, so that the site is phased over a longer period. It should also require preparation of a masterplan, using an 'enquiry by design' process.
Do you consider it necessary to participate at the oral part of the examination? Yes
Does your representation relate to an omission site (a site that has not been included). For example a site for Housing, Employment, Travellers, or Local Green Spaces. No
Please supply details of the omission site.
