We support draft Policy SP1 and in particular sub-section (g) which seeks:

To provide a range of employment opportunities to respond to the needs of business, support the growing population and attract inward investment.

With respect to Pickhill Business Centre and draft policy S25, the Council's past support for development has resulted in a highly successful business centre responding to local business needs, which is reflected by the existing provision being fully occupied. My client receives regular enquiries for further serviced units on this site and is confident that any future development would result in further inward investment.

What changes do you suggest to make the document legally compliant or sound?
Do you consider it necessary to participate at the oral part of the examination? No
Does your representation relate to an omission site (a site that has not been included). For example a site for Housing, Employment, Travellers, or Local Green Spaces. No
