It is not good talking about a community building housing a doctors surgery unless this is put into place before building. homes takes place we have already been unsuccessful in obtaining a part time surgery and Headcorn surgery appointments can take up to 3 weeks unless you are in a critical condition. Our local school is over subscribed and so is Headcorn and if children have to rely on our local bus this is very expensive even if the KCC provides a bus I assuming the housing is for low paid workers it will still be expensive.

The bus service is fine if you are an OAP just doing a bit of shopping but to have to rely on it for work or the station it is not good enough.

This means people rely on cars and the A274 is already a rat race when London trains leave or arrive.

What changes do you suggest to make the document legally compliant or sound?
Do you consider it necessary to participate at the oral part of the examination? Yes
