South of Pound LaneSite.

• The density of the proposed build in th is site is too great . The t raffi c issues onto any

existing or newly created access will be too great for the surrounding area. Traffic is

currently dangerous at the Queens Head Crossroads not just because of poor visib ility at

the junct ion which could be recti fied but because of quantity of t raffic which cannot be

rectifi ed. At school times the traffic is substantial increased (Kingsnorth Primary school

on Church Hill). The quantity of traffic will only increase with more housing. Public

transport links are not sufficient and increasing them has proved impossible

(Bridgefield's BusRoute is an example)

• This is an area of Archaeological importance as shown by the latest building works that

took place. This should be taken into account when any further building is proposed
