I am a resident of Canon Woods Way and work at Dungeness, to where I commute. The traffic congestion on the Willesborough Road at  peak times is already almost intolerable, frequently causing ten minute delays to get to the junction 10 roundabout from Kennington. The traffic is often backed up from the William Harvey roundabout almost down to where the road narrows and, in addition to my frustration, must cause significant inconvenience to all local residents in that part of Willesborough trying to access the Willesborough Road. Any additional increase in traffic (and 700 houses would easily produce an additional 700 vehicles) would seriously exacerbate the problem, as well as creating a new problem of how they actually accessed the Willesborough Road themselves..

I recognise there are serious concerns regarding development on prime agricultural land and the negative impact on a beautiful landscape but my chief objection concerns the traffic problems.
