In 2017, the Pluckley Neighbourhood Plan was made by Ashford Borough Council and forms part of the Development Plan for assessing planning applications in the parish of Pluckley.
Pluckley Parish Council have reviewed the Neighbourhood Plan and proposed a number of modifications to the Neighbourhood Plan. A copy of the modifications proposed are included below. The Parish Council submitted the revised Pluckley Neighbourhood Plan (including proposed changes) to Ashford Borough Council. As the Local Planning Authority, ABC is consulted on the Neighbourhood Plan, under Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
The Pluckley Neighbourhood Plan has been developed in consultation with the local community and provides a vision for the future of the Parish. It sets out a vision, site specific policies and topic policies, which will be used to help determine planning applications within the Parish.
