NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2012 DESIGNATION OF A NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA, BETHERSDEN
Notice is given that an application has been made by Bethersden Parish Council for designation of a Neighbourhood Area. The purpose of the application is to enable the Parish Council to undertake neighbourhood planning, and in particular to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan. The area requested to be designated is the entire Parish of Bethersden, as shown on the map attached.
The Application is also available to view in the Ashford Gateway – Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (9am - 6pm), Thursday (9am - 8pm), Saturday (9am - 5pm) or the Tenterden Gateway - Open Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) and Saturday (9am to 4pm).
If you wish to make a representation on this request please do so by 5 p.m. on the 24th January 2014.
