Chilmington Green Area Action Plan - Additional Modifications to Submission version

Following the public consultation on the Publication Version of the AAP and the conclusion of the Examination in Public hearing sessions into the soundness of the Chilmington Green Area Action Plan on the 23rd January, the Council is proposing a number of 'Main' and 'Additional' modifications to the Submission version of the AAP.

This consultation details all the 'Additional' (Minor) modifications the council propose to make to the Submission Version of the Chilmington Green Area Action Plan.

The Inspector has issued a note on the Revocation of the South East Plan and the impact this will have on the Chilmington Green AAP. To view this consultation click here.

This consultation relates ONLY to the Additional Modifications to the Submission Version of the AAP, and not on any other issues already consulted upon.

Representations received that refer to any other issues in this AAP will be invalid.
