Chilmington Green Area Action Plan - Main Modifications to Submission Version

Following the conclusion of the Examination in Public hearing sessions into the soundness of the Chilmington Green Area Action Plan on the 23rd January , the Council received an initial response from the Inspector, Mr Martin Pike BA MA MRTPI, which set out areas for which he considers 'main modifications' will be necessary in order for the AAP to be found sound. This note is attached in the document section of this consultation.

Therefore, this public consultation details the 15 proposed 'Main Modifications' as suggested by the Inspector to the Submission Version of the Chilmington Green Area Action Plan.

This consultation relates ONLY to the Main Modifications to the Submission Version of the AAP, and not on any other issues already consulted upon.

Representations received that refer to any other issues in this AAP will be invalid.
