The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government announced that he has decided to partially revoke the Regional Strategy (RS) for the South East of England[1]. The Order will come into force on 25 March 2013.
This consultation enables all representors to comment on the implications of Regional Strategy revocation for the published Chilmington Green AAP.

Representations can only be received during the 6 weeks of consultation beginning on Monday 4th March until 5pm on Monday 15th April 2013.
[1] The revocation will exclude South East Plan policy NRM6 on the Thames Basin Heath SPA and Oxfordshire Structure Plan Policy H2 concerning the Upper Heyford RAF base, but these are not relevant to matters at Chilmington Green.
