Customer Service, IT and Digital Strategy - Staff Consultation
We are inviting all staff to take part in the Ashford Borough Council – Staff Consultation Survey. The purpose of this survey is to help shape our next Customer Service, IT & Digital Strategy for 2026–2029.
Your experiences, ideas, and honest feedback are vital. By sharing your views on our current systems, digital processes, and service delivery, you will directly influence the priorities and improvements we make for the future. We want to ensure that our strategy reflects the real needs of our staff and customers, and that it supports you in delivering excellent service.
Your input will help us:
• Identify what works well and what needs improvement
• Understand barriers to effective digital working
• Explore new technologies and innovations
• Build a strategy that is practical, inclusive, and forward-thinking
Consultation
We truly value and appreciate your participation. Your voice matters, and together we can develop a strategy that makes a real difference for everyone at Ashford Borough Council.
We ask that feedback is received by 5pm Wednesday 31st December.
