Ashford Borough Council has prepared a draft Sustainable Drainage SPD which sets out how developers can meet the requirements of Policy CS20 of the adopted Core Strategy which forms part of the Ashford Local Development Framework. Guidance is provided on the provision of sustainable drainage systems for the disposal of surface water and rainwater so that it is retained either on-site or within the immediate area.
