Ashford Borough Council has prepared a draft Residential Space and Layout Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which sets out in detail the Council's proposed minimum standards for living space and layout for both privately and publicly funded residential developments.

We invited members of the public and other stakeholders to make representations in objection to, or in support of the draft Residential Space and Layout SPD.

Hard copy of the SPD and/or representation forms are available at a number of deposit points across the Borough or by contacting the Planning and Development Unit.
