This draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out advice and guidance for applications that are horse related and will replace the current adopted Local Plan 2000 guidance - SPG8 Stables and Manèges.
The draft SPD preserves much of the content of the existing SPG8 with some modifications to bring it up to date and to be more relevant to development where the site is not close to the owner's home. It also makes references to businesses such as livery yards, riding schools, stud farms and rescue centres.
This SPD will be available for public consultation between Monday 28th July 2014 and Friday 12th September 2014.
Representations relating to this SPD can also be made in writing on a representation form, that can be downloaded here.
